Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Set quality standards that must be met by the products or services of offline merchants.
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that complies with the established standards.
  • Supervise the analysis process to ensure that the set quality standards are met.
  • Analyze quality data and take necessary actions to address any quality issues that occur.
  • Communicate with analysts regarding quality issues that occur.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Anti-Fraud or Risk Management.
  • Have a good understanding of Know Your Business (KYB) offline or online merchant is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willing to take a new challenges and work in a fast paced environment.
