Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and conduct tests to ensure product quality, tracking and resolving defects with the engineering team.
- Create and maintain test scripts (automated and manual), analyze results, and report findings.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documents (e.g., user manuals, guides) to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and update documentation for better accessibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance QA and documentation processes, train team members, and drive improvements for quality and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
- 2+ years in quality assurance testing or technical documentation in a software/hardware/engineering setting.
- Proficient in QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality control, and technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Figma, MS Word).
- Familiar with SQL Server, MySQL, and Postman is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
