Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Management).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in documentation and record keeping, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and auditing and inspection processes.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
