Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establishes any necessary procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Strategically and structurally thinking, planning for improving quality of service based on demands and aligned with the company northstar matrix.
- Analyzing all problems concerning the quality of raw materials that deviate from SOPs.
- In charge of quality control of fresh products in all processes within Astro operational downstream Warehouse and Hub including (Inbound, inventory, outbond).
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of Fresh QA team.
- Oversees and directs other employees to form habits in accordance with SOP, GMP standards and Food safety in the initial handling process until the package is ready to send.
- Report and communicate to the Operations Excellence and other related parties Operational on the ground and fresh team regarding all forms of irregularities relating to the quality of fresh goods, materials, processing sites and storage of fresh materials, and sources of fresh goods materials (land and suppliers) to fit the product spec, GMP standard, and food safety.
- Do administrative function and operational documentation, not limited to preparing and facilitating internal training (GMP, HACCP, 5R, personal hygiene, product knowledge).
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree from any major, interest in Food Science / Agribusiness / Management.
- Excellent business acumen possesses in-depth understanding of market trends.
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, 5R, personal hygiene implementation.
- Good knowledge in warehouse & logistic e-commerce industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager of fresh products from FMCG, Retail, E-commerce background.
- Excellent computer skills with emphasis on MS Office & Google Suites.
- Proficient in both Bahasa and English.
- Strong in business acumen.
- Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic retail expansion environment and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Desire and ability to do high powered strategic work, but also to get your hands in the dirt and get stuff done.
- Excellence leadership and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills to provide clear direction.
- Data driven individual with ability to analyse and synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
