Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing quality standards in Hub
- Overseeing Quality Control activities and day to day in Hub
- Enforcing compliance within the team in Hub
- Managing and improving processes in Hub
- Team leadership and collaboration with related stakeholders
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Audit, in Retail fresh food, Warehouse fresh, or FMCG
- Min Bachelor degree in Food Technology/ Agriculture/ Biological Engineering/ Nutrition's
- Experienced in implementing Food Safety & Quality System, policies, standards, and Audits
- Expert in using Ms. Office and Spreadsheet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good leadership, analytical skills and good on decision making
