Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Create test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Perform Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and UAT) for Web and Mobile applications
- Identify, document, and follow up defects until resolution
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts for Web, Mobile, and API testing
- Execute automated regression tests, analyze failures, and improve automation coverage
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure software quality
- Utilize AI tools to improve testing productivity and automation efficiency
- Report test execution results and continuously improve QA processes
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile application testing
- Experience with API Testing (Postman/Swagger) and basic SQL
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Mocha/Chai, or similar
- Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM), REST API, JSON, HTTP methods, assertions, and test automation best practices
- Familiar with Git and CI/CD is a plus
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Willing to leverage AI tools to improve testing productivity
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Full WFO at Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat
