Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The QA Engineer / Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability through a combination of manual and automated testing, as well as supporting documentation efforts.
Key activities include:
Performing Manual Testing across web and mobile platforms
Creating and maintaining Automated Test Scripts using Katalon Studio
Preparing Manual Books, User Guides, and Instruction Documents
Producing clear Technical Writings for both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with developers, product teams, and business analysts to ensure feature completeness and quality
Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects using issue-tracking tools

Kualifikasi

At least 1 year of experience in QA or Software Testing
Proven experience in manual testing: test case creation, execution, regression testing, and UAT support
Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio or similar automated testing tools
Strong skills in writing documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and technical guides
Good understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
Ability to create clear, structured, and detailed test cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in teams
Basic understanding of APIs and ability to perform simple API testing (e.g., using Postman) is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
