Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Assessing potential suppliers for their capability to meet quality requirements.
- Quality Audits and Inspections: Performing regular audits (IATF; VDA 6.3 / 6.5) of suppliers' facilities and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigating quality issues and using tools like fishbone diagrams or 5 Whys to identify and resolve problems.
- Supplier Development: Working with suppliers to improve processes and quality over time.
- Quality Control: Reviewing and approving supplier processes, products, and materials before they are used in production.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Identifying issues and driving corrective actions to ensure they don't recur.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with other departments, like manufacturing or engineering, to ensure that products meet internal quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of quality related work experience in field of automotive
- Familiar with the inspection process and quality management process
- Familiar with seven QC techniques, 8D, QCC and other quality control methods, familiar with five quality Core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA);
- Has relevant knowledge of VDA 6.3 and 6.5 + hold's valid certifications
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
