Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Open Project)
- Collaborate with developers to debug issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Review product requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the testing process and framework
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor or assist junior QA as needed
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Software QA or testing roles
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with black box and white box testing
- Solid understanding of QA processes in Agile environments
- Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
- Experience testing APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with test automation is a strong plus
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta
