Store Audit Responsibilities
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and audit criteria.
- Identify and report any non-conformities related to product quality, storage conditions, and handling processes.
- Verify that stores follow quality control procedures, including hygiene, expiration date checks, and temperature control.
- Provide feedback and corrective action plans to store management to improve compliance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions through follow-up audits.
Supplier Audit Responsibilities
- Perform supplier audits to assess product quality, food safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Evaluate supplier processes, including sourcing, production, and storage conditions.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work with suppliers to improve quality consistency and reduce defects in raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for fresh produce, protein, and FMCG categories.
Kualifikasi
- Male, Bachelor's Degree (S1) : Agronomy and horticulture, Agrotechnology, Food Technology or any major with relevant field
- Strong understanding of FMCG, fresh produce (fruits & vegetables), and protein product quality.
- Proven experience in quality auditing, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
- Expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Familiarity with industry quality standards, food safety regulations, and supplier compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and related stakeholders
- Willing to travel throughout JABODETABEK
