Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform quality inspection in all areas (inbound, production, outbound,)
- Implementation of quality inspection methods/SOP
- Update/brief product knowledge/product specification to the PHL inspectors
- Perform internal quality audit
- Provide weekly quality report
- Escalate non-conformity (quality issue/food safety issue) by creating CAR
- Participate in product spec alignment meeting with sourcing, R&D Sentul, and category team
- Evaluate inspectors/daily workers performance (sampling, inspection, audit)
- Utilize updated document
- Monitor inspection data input
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Agriculture Technology, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical analysis, Food Quality Assurance System or relevant field with proven experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance principle
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Having knowledge in GMP, Food safety, QA/QC, Agronomy and Horticulture and raw material handling process.
- Having basic knowledge in 5R, FSMS (ISO 22000), QM (ISO 9000), HACCP, Halal
- Having basic knowledge in food product/characteristics

- Understanding Document Control
- Understanding in RCA and complaint handling
