Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Responsible for the planning, design, development, and delivery of Python backend development projects.
  2. Formulate project development plan and schedule and supervise and control development process.
  3. Provide solutions and guidance for technical difficulties and problems arising in the project.
  4. Work with product managers and front-end development managers to ensure the synergy between back-end services and front-end interfaces.
  5. Train Python back-end developers to maintain team stability.
  6. Responsible for project maintenance and upgrades to ensure the stability and reliability of back-end services.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
  • Solid Python programming ability able to analyze ad design complex business logic.
  • Familiar with Python web frameworks, such as Django, Flask, etc.
  • Can build stable and efficient back-end services.
  • Familiar with commonly used databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc., and be able to design and optimize databases.
  • Familiar with Linux operating system, able to perform basic system management and maintenance.
  • Familiar with commonly used version control tools, such as Git, etc.
  • Possess certain software architecture design and team management experience, be able to guide and coordinate the development team, and ensure project quality and progress.
