Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a strong engineer to design and execute Solar PV and hybrid energy and IoT projects from concept to commissioning. This role will own technical design, system architecture, compliance documentation, and site execution coordination.
Job Descriptions:
- Design Solar PV (On-Grid / Hybrid / Off-Grid) systems
- Create Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical layouts
- Perform system sizing (PV, inverter, battery)
- Handle load balancing, cable sizing, grounding & lightning protection
- Prepare DED drawings (panel layout, inverter room, battery room)
- Build BOM, RAB, SOW, and technical documentation
- Prepare documents for PLN / IUPTLS submission
- Integrate IoT monitoring (Modbus, MQTT, etc.)
- Coordinate with site engineers and inspect the project execution and commisioning
- Analyze system performance and improve design standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Solar PV system design
- Having Sertifikasi Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Ketenagalistrikan or other certficiates is a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of inverter, battery, LV panels, grounding systems
- Able to create SLD and engineering drawings (AutoCAD required)
- Experience with OpenSolar / PVsyst / other PV Software
- Familiar with PLN interconnection & compliance process
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical)
