Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process purchase requests and ensure all items comply with the specifications desired by the user
- Follow up on the delivery of goods from outstanding PO
- Coordinate with users and vendors
- Look for new vendors that suit the company's needs
- Negotiate with vendors to get the best products and prices
- Input new suppliers into the system
- Work on purchasing reports and update the inventory timeline regularly
Kualifikasi
- S1 graduate (all majors)
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience
- Can operate Ms. Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, & Hlookup)
- Thorough and neat in work
- Have good negotiation skills
