Purchasing Officer - PIK

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to manage the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment across all PHG outlets — efficiently, with quality standards, and in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement — Create Purchase Orders, negotiate pricing with suppliers, evaluate quality and delivery performance
2. Inventory Management — Monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and verify incoming goods
3. Cost Control — Track COGS, flag unusual price increases, and maintain accurate purchasing records
4. Quality & Compliance — Verify product quality, check expiry dates, and ensure food safety standards are upheld
5. Communication — Daily coordination with Chefs and Outlet Managers, proactive problem-solving
