Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, bidding, and appointment for vendors/suppliers
- Research potential vendors/suppliers
- Compare and evaluate offers from vendors/suppliers
- Responsible for providing benchmark level price
- Responsible to be the point of contact with vendors/suppliers
- Review contract, negotiate terms of agreement and pricing, and deal with vendors/suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain order details databases (e.g. vendors/suppliers, quantities, prices), updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases activities
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Having experience in Procurement, especially in MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) min 2 years is a must
- Proficient in Ms. Office, Google Docs, ERP System
- Good analytics & strong data analysis
- Good English : written and verbal
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders
