Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop the company's overall procurement strategy and policies.
Oversee vendor/supplier selection, negotiation, and evaluation to secure the best price and quality.
Ensure the purchasing process complies with SOPs, budget, and the company's cost-efficiency targets.
Review and approve Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) within authorized limits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic vendors/suppliers.
Conduct market analysis and price trend research to support procurement decisions.
Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the purchasing team (Supervisors & Staff).
Prepare regular reports on procurement, cost savings, and vendor performance for management.
Ensure procurement processes comply with legal, contractual, and company policy requirements.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, contracts, and supplier risk management.
Proficient in Ms. Excel/ERP systems for reporting and analysis.
Strong leadership, high integrity, and a strong results orientation.
Able to work toward cost-efficiency targets and tight deadlines.
