Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and ensure that purchasing activities align with the company’s policies.
- Conduct surveys on suppliers and vendors to ensure their suitability before selecting them for collaboration.
- Select suppliers and vendors to establish relationships with the company.
- Manage good relationships with suppliers and vendors and communicate effectively regarding any issues or challenges.
- Manage the budget for expenses.
- Search for and contact suppliers and potential suppliers to obtain price quotations.
- Analyze the price quotations provided by suppliers and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, specifications, services, delivery times, and payment terms (TOP) with suppliers.
- Communicate actively with superiors and all departments to support the purchasing process and operational activities.
- Be responsible for and monitor the activities of staf, and verify the entire procurement process.
- Conduct evaluations of suppliers and vendors every six months.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree (S-1).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Training/Courses: Managerial and leadership training
