Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for goods purchase (import and local) process.
- Check incoming goods, tally with PO or packing list.
- Check and ensure all supported documents for import such as packing list, B/L, AWB, COC, insurance, etc are all correct.
- Check all document for clearance goods
- Track purchase order status and suppliers delivery schedules.
- Searching for the best suppliers for comparison.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, in Economic/Business or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Purchasing.
- Have a knowledge about import/export regulations.
- Fluent in english.
- Able to speak mandarin language is an advantage.
- Have a good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good administrative skill (Ms. Office and email).
- Familiar with export/ import HS Code.
- Can understand inventory condition and able to make procurement forecast.
- Familiar with ERP system is an advantage.
