Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor Purchasing process administration : Purchase Request / Purchase Order in SAP & Internal System Portal
- Coordinate with user to gather user's requirement
- Vendor Evaluation
- Forecast planning.
- Price negotiation and PO issuance.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and updating to SAP systems.
- Submit invoices and BL on time to finance for payment processing.
- Carrying out the export process starting from receiving the PO, negotiating shipping prices with forwarders, the process of creating export documents and monitoring the export-import process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor’s from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing at FMCG company.
- Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication).
- Have a good experience in creating or processing data and reports, especially in PPT.
- Detail oriented; organized recording and documentation.
- Able to work closely with Sales, and Logistic to improve forecasting, purchasing, and overall stock management.
- Energetic and fast learner
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
