Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Purchasing Admin to oversee the procurement operation for our company. In this position, you coordinate with every department to determine what they need in terms of supplies, equipment, and raw materials. You research vendors to get the best price, submit purchase orders to their distribution center, and handle the invoicing process. This requires both vendor management and data entry skills, as you must closely track every order and payment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect order requests from other departments
- Research vendors and negotiate the best price
- Submit purchase orders
- Reconcile invoices
- Log all orders and payments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP and standard office software
