Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create Purchase Request Forms (PRF) to initiate procurement processes.
- Distribute Purchase Orders (POs) created by the purchasing team to suppliers.
- Follow up on PO-related issues with suppliers, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Request Goods Receipt (GR) for Direct Buying POs to ensure timely processing.
- Assist in replenishment of direct-buying items to maintain stock levels.
- Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) and low-stock situations caused by FC bias or other factors, coordinate with the purchasing team to create incidental POs, and implement proactive measures to prevent stock shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. Having experience in a related role will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
