- Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, including creating, processing, and issuing POs to vendors.
- Maintain and organize all Packaging Material (PM) and Finished Goods (FG) purchasing documents.
- Monitor shipments and ensure PM and FG are delivered on time and in full.Input and update PM and FG shipment information in the system.
- Verify and validate supplier invoices against supporting documents, including Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Manage and monitor rejected and returned PM and FG materials, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, basic dashboard creation, and other advanced Excel formulas.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes, including stock movement, inbound & outbound transactions, stock opname, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficient in using ERP and Inventory Management Systems such as Odoo, SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly accurate when working with numerical data.
