Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and receipt of goods or services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract terms.
- Ensure that procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Regularly assess and improve procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, finance or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other programs.
- Proficient in English is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities and spreadsheet.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and reach resolutions efficiently.
