Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
- Maintain consistent concept for all external messaging and creative executions
- Oversee events for Rector to enhance brand image and promotion
- Generate content and monitor publicity of BINUS University through social media activation
- Proactively generate creative ideas for features to help raise the profile of BINUS Higher Education in national, consumer and media
- Ensure multiple communications channels and media platforms to promote University’s image and brand
- Provide news feeding activity related to University events and activity
- Produce publicity documents, coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials for project related
- Assisting Rector with speechwriting and suggest communication strategies to deal with the media
- Organize promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
- Arrange off or on air activities arrangement (e.g., speaker, interview, organize event and venue)
- Implement public relation strategies and programs consistent with the corporate strategies and marketing objectives
- Aware to new public relation strategies and programs to increase brand awareness or positive corporate image
- Maintain administrative procedures in order to ensure an effective and efficient office environment
- Proactive search opportunities to build relationship with the priority stakeholders & initiate capacity building with the priority stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Communications
- Have experience minimum 2 years as Public Relation or related positions
- Excellent English both written and oral
