The PR Executive (Marketing) will play a pivotal role in elevating the brand's visibility and reputation through strategic media relations, innovative PR initiatives, and branding efforts. This position is crucial for building connections with media partners, executing brand campaigns to position MOP Beauty as a leader in Indonesia's beauty industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with media partners, securing coverage in top-tier publications and platforms.
- Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Support branding initiatives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage media events, including press conferences and product launches.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership and media exposure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across campaigns and media appearances.
- Collaborate with the human capital team to promote employer branding efforts by creating impactful content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Work with influencers and industry experts to amplify brand campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives to ensure alignment with objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PR, branding, or media relations, preferably in the Media, Beauty or Lifestyle industry.
- Possess a writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of managing successful media partnerships and securing coverage.
- Experience in PR crisis management and the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies during challenging situations.
- Experienced in handling employer branding and professional platform content creation (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with media and industry stakeholders.
- Proficient in using media monitoring and PR tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A keen understanding of branding and positioning strategies.
