1. Media Relations and Reputation Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors, and analysts from capital market and international media.
- Develop and implement PR strategies that strengthen brand positioning and leadership visibility.
- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, feature articles, and executive commentaries.
- Manage media inquiries, interviews, and corporate responses during critical issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive media database and coverage monitoring system.
2. Capital Market and International Communication
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs to ensure consistency in communication across financial, regulatory, and brand contexts.
- Proactively secure coverage in international and regional media focusing on technology, finance, and innovation.
- Support leadership visibility in capital market discussions, business events, and press briefings.
- Coordinate adaptation and localization of content for international distribution.
3. CSR and Sustainability Programs
- Design and execute CSR programs aligned with corporate values and ESG principles.
- Develop impact measurement tools and compile quarterly CSR impact reports.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and academic institutions for sustainable initiatives.
- Document CSR activities and ensure regular internal and external publication of outcomes.
4. Internal Coordination and Reporting
- Align PR and CSR activities with overall communication and business strategies.
- Provide weekly updates on media performance, coverage sentiment, and CSR progress.
- Prepare monthly PR and CSR performance reports, including analytics, outcomes, and recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations; experience in technology sectors is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing media relations and CSR programs, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of PR strategy development, media monitoring, and crisis communication.
- Experience drafting press releases, feature articles, executive speeches, and corporate statements.
- Familiarity with international media ecosystems, particularly in finance, technology, and innovation.
- Understanding of CSR and ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in data-driven reporting, including media analytics and impact measurement.
- Skilled in using media management tools, databases, and communications platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong relationship-building skills with journalists, analysts, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance corporate reputation and brand positioning.
