Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and distributing press releases to media outlets.
- Support event execution, including media invitations, confirmations, registrations, and interviews (doorstop, one-on-one, or group).
- Prepare necessary event materials such as press kits, cue cards, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate and arrange media visits and interviews.
- Maintain and build relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
- Build, update, and manage media lists and databases.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on media coverage based on KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and build relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to support event execution and administrative tasks.
- Interest in public relations, media engagement, and event management.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
