Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of proposal documents.
- Support project structuring activities, including compiling project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare, proofread, and format project and partnership documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for proposals and other deliverables.
- Help draft partnership materials, such as memorandums of understanding (MOUs), presentations, and basic agreements.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking proposal statuses and project documentation.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all materials produced.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Final year student/fresh graduate/bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, project administration, business development support, or related areas.
