We at GroRental are in the travel tech space building an innovative product to create profile and price intelligence for vacation properties in South East Asia. We are looking for a property management intern to join and help our properties grow.
What will you do:
- Assist in onboarding properties on OTAs and channel manager software
- Coordinate with property owners to get necessary and relevant information
- Monitor and convert incoming guest chats from OTAs
- Monitor, update and set campaigns/promotions to increase property revenue
- Improve overall property content to be updated on OTAs
Kualifikasi
What do you need to have:
- You are high on ownership and responsive.
- You are hands on and can easily work with tech tools.
- You are good at coordinating with strangers and not shy.
- You are a learner. World is changing and you can adapt with newer technologies.
- Prior experience with entrepreneurship or handling e-commerce/business ownership/cafe/etc is a plus.
- Final Student who already finished Final Project/Skripsi or Fresh Graduated.
- Good in English and basic Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoints.
- Personal Device (Laptop and Phone).
