Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects across department
Support financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
Help with hiring, onboarding, and HR administration
Assist in procurement, legal, and compliance-related tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth execution of daily operations

Kualifikasi

Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Economics, Political Science, or related fields
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Interest in operations, business strategy, and project management
