We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Support professional to assist with a wide range of tasks within our organization. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle various duties, including design, video editing, customer support, research, social media management, and other tasks as assigned by management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting different teams to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities (please apply based on the skill set you are strongest in and highlight that expertise in your application):
- Design Support: Assist with basic design tasks, including preparing graphics, layouts, and templates for marketing materials and internal documents.
- Video Editing: Help with editing video content, including cutting, trimming, and post-production for various marketing and communication needs.
- Customer Support: Provide administrative support for customer inquiries, manage emails, and coordinate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research as directed by management, gathering relevant data and information to support ongoing projects or initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Support the social media team by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and assisting with content creation and management.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as organizing files, managing documents, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other tasks as needed by the team or management.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from management.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude to take initiative in completing tasks.
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time.
- Placement available in Yogyakarta.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in customer support or social media management is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic research techniques and data collection.
- Familiarity with office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
