Project Senior Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Plan and control the flow of work for the technical, including estimated time, supplies, and personnel to ensure that the projects are completed according to the established plan
• Prepare and control the project budget, construction schedule, project reporting, progress assessment, and project execution plan to ensure the budgets meet the operational needs and requirements
• Plan the whole project management, including preliminary club interior designs, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning duties and responsibilities to the team members to ensure the project aspects (timing, quality, finance) are well managed. 
• Review, monitor & evaluate the internal manpower requirement & performance
• Review, monitor, and evaluate the external resources: consultants, contractors, suppliers, applicators, vendors, agents, etc.
• Build & maintain relationships with external such as consultants, contractors, suppliers, applicators, vendors, authorities, etc.
• Prepare presentations, reports, plans, and analyses to drive decisions.
