Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end project, from planning through to field execution
- Strategize and problem-solve on field to ensure project timeliness
- Lead manpower to be able to finish task in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to communicate plans efficiently in meetings
- Able to generate basic reports derived from field executions
- Manage manpowers and stakeholder related to project
- Communicate field difficulties and following up tasks to each stakeholder
- Able to observe project problems and communicating it clearly
- Able to identify project issues and communicate them clearly
- Implement strategy gathered from previous projects and continuously improve field execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Having experiences or internships in the logistics industry is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheet).
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required by project timelines.
- Willing to work in a mobile setting across various locations.
