Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Experience in holding projects while still being supervised & guided by a mentor:
Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions,& deadlines.
Keep track of the project costs
Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party.
Obtain weekly project status (deliverables Live Streaming & Short Video commitment and carry-over) from all team members.
Organize and schedule team meetings.
Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.
Help to set up, complete, and execute pre-production deck alignment with AE & Production Team
Involve in the execution process
Learn and use project management software.
Implement and observe the project management mechanisms.
Prepare and assist in project documentation & administrative process

Kualifikasi

Interested in project management, especially projects related to live streaming & short video content production
Fresh graduates of any faculty, communication student is preferred.
Highly organized and accountable.
Collaborative attitude.
Proactive and solution-oriented.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Have desire to learn and try new things.
Have strong desire to develop and grow.
Willing to work on-site from BSD, Tangerang.
