Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and drive end-to-end execution of strategic and special projects directly under CEO direction, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Monitor project progress, key milestones, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct high-quality research, analysis, and synthesis of data to support CEO-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level reports and updates, including project progress, financial tracking (payments), contract status, and regulatory (OJK) submissions.
- Manage vendor and external partner coordination, including payment processes, documentation, and relationship management.
- Act as a central coordinator across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and smooth execution without direct authority.
- Optimize resource planning and utilization across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Drive clear, structured, and proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring visibility on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
- Provide hands-on support to the CEO on ad-hoc strategic initiatives, urgent priorities, and business-critical tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Has more than 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles (preferably in fintech or regulated industries)
- Strong ability to manage projects, stakeholders, reporting, and data analysis
- Experience in vendor management, payment processes, and regulatory (OJK) is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- High integrity, able to work independently, and handle ad-hoc tasks
