What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & closing)
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive structured decision-making
- Monitor project performance through data-driven reporting and governance processes
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure project outcomes meet agreed quality and business objectives
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex projects
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work within structured governance and reporting frameworks
- Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana etc)
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
