Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders and project team members
Collaborate with product owners and development team to ensure project requirements are met
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors
Ensure project deliverables meet customer and stakeholder expectations
Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management standards

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management in IT product solutions
Strong knowledge and able to handle IT infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware, software, and AI
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects within the established timeline and budget
Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a project team to achieve project goals
Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
