Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client needs as well as company goals.
  • Manage and prioritize task backlogs and client requirements.
  • Oversee the entire project development and deployment process.
  • Act as the primary communicator between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and establish trust with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Balance client expectations with the well-being of internal teams.
  • Translate client business requirements into clear deliverables for internal technical teams.
  • Collaborate with user/client managers and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Min 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar client management role.
  • Experience with eCommerce business processes and order fulfillment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Hands-on experience in all stages of the software development life cycle is a plus.
  • Technical background or knowledge of software development and web technologies is an advantage.
