What you'll do:
- Plan and define project scope by developing project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate teams and resources by assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring collaboration.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
- Manage budgets and costs by controlling expenses and allocating resources efficiently.
- Ensure stakeholder communication by providing regular updates and aligning project goals with business objectives.
- Identify and manage risks and issues by developing mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and report project performance by analyzing outcomes and providing recommendations for future projects.
Kualifikasi
Who we're looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.
- Proficient in English
