Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer resources for effective project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project plans to manage resource allocation and monitor progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report project progress to management.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Manage risks and create comprehensive project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience in End Point projects is a MUST.
- PMP/PMR Certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in effective communication and leading teams with strong leadership skills.
- Capable of negotiating well and managing time to ensure smooth project execution.
- Skilled in identifying risks, conducting project research, and managing budgets efficiently.
- Knowledgeable about the latest technologies and able to solve problems effectively.
- Able to collaborate with various parties and build positive relationships.
