Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day activities in PMO.
Ensure alignment between projects plans with company’s strategic directions.
Accelerate better communication and collaboration between project teams and all related parties including stakeholders.
Proactively start and facilitate required discussions as the project lead between client and vendor to reach decision making and problem solving.
Responsible to fully define, establish and run a good Project Management process, guidance and best practices.
Improve coordination and collaboration with client and management for on-going projects.
Collaborate with other departments and functions to identify, prioritize, and develop projects /programs.

Kualifikasi

What you need to have:

Having minimum 2 years experience at related position is a must.
Passionate about Project Management, understand Project Management best practices, process and approaches.
Establish the Project Management approach based on unique company’s needs, coach and facilitate across the level of organization.
Familiar in monitoring / tracing team’s project status, reporting and metrics.
Having Project Management certification is a plus.
Able to work with teams from various backgrounds.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and having growth mindset.
