Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Providing information & being the source of reliable and accurate information to support the decision making
- Reviewing with project owner regularly to check the project progress
- Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
- Encouraging project teams to meet the objective, timeline and expected post implementation benefits
- Create and Manage Project Plans
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Manage all project documentation
- Foster partnership with customers/team/stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field as Project Management Manager
- Experience in handling project related to Operation Process Improvement is a must
- Experience in Project Management Method such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum, or Agile
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work 100% from office at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat
