Standardize project management processes across teams.
Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure strategic alignment between projects and business goals.
Support leadership with data-driven insights.

Kualifikasi

5+ years in PMO, program management, or operations.
Skilled in project governance and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in MCN/affiliate operations is a plus.
