We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as a Project Management Intern. This position is perfect for a fresh graduate with a passion for project management and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant skills and intern experience, especially in the creative, event management, media & broadcasting, or entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions as needed.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project managers in organizing meetings, facilitating communication, and tracking action items.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Relevant project management skills or internship experience is preferred.
- Experience in the creative, event management, media & broadcasting, or entertainment industry is a plus.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
