Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks tailored to each social campaign and project.
- Develop indicators and KPIs to assess outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact.
- Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data (including surveys, interviews, and platform analytics).
- Produce impact reports for partners, donors, and internal teams, turning complex data into accessible and engaging formats.
- Support evaluation studies (e.g., baseline, midline, endline) and learning activities.
- Facilitate learning sessions with teams and partners to apply findings to future work.
- Promote ethical, inclusive, and participatory Monitoring & Evaluation practices that center communities and respect local knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- 2–3 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, impact reporting, or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of data collection and analysis methods, particularly in social or community-based projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and ideally KoboToolbox, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, especially in simplifying complex information for various audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively across departments and comfort with remote work.
- A passion for social justice, equity, and learning.
- Bonus: Experience working with nonprofits, social enterprises, or campaign-based platforms
