Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure all work is performed according to construction drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress of the landscape project.
Coordinate actively with consultants, contractors, surrounding communities, and relevant government departments.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, field challenges, and project needs.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the workforce on-site.
Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Ensure all work complies with the agreed contract.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning (PWK), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in landscape or outdoor construction projects.
Strong technical analysis and structural calculation skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, landscape materials, and structural/drainage systems.
Proficiency in project planning and design software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp or other relevant tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong leadership in managing on-site operations.
