Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Update and maintain daily and weekly project progress records.
- Support the preparation of project progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and track site activities.
- Compare actual progress against planned schedules and basic cost targets.
- Identify potential project delays and support mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in ensuring project execution complies with technical specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and checklists.
- Document site activities through photographs and daily reports.
- Support the preparation of as-built documentation.
- Assist in analyzing project-related issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year undergraduate student (with no remaining classes) or fresh graduate.
- Major in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, and controlling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
- Available to work full-time from the office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
- Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
