• Build and grow client relationships by translating brand identity into appealing packaging while regularly checking in to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• INNOVATION CATALYST
• Utilize market insights to create trendsetting packaging, work with R&D to adopt innovative materials, and lead eco-friendly initiatives to enhance brand sustainability.
• PROJECT ORCHESTRATION
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive packaging solutions while effectively managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring seamless production and delivery through complex supply chains.
• SALES VIRTUOSO
• Create engaging presentations that convert ideas into contracts, negotiate terms to satisfy both clients and company profitability, and analyze sales trends to support strategic business growth.
• QUALITY ASSURANCE GUARDIAN
• Establish rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, quickly address issues to foster innovation, and ensure final products surpass industry standards and client expectations.

• Represent KEMAS PKG at key events, cultivate thought leadership through speaking and publishing, and stay attuned to global beauty trends to develop actionable strategies.
