Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the General Manager in managing cross-functional projects across Evolene and its subsidiary brands.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand-related initiatives.
- Assist in developing project timelines, task tracking, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales) and external agencies/vendors.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear, structured updates to the GM.
- Help manage agency/vendors workflows, deliverables, and revisions.
- Maintain organized documentation including briefs, timelines, and reports.
- Proactively identify potential delays or issues and suggest practical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or agency environment.
- Experience working with creative/digital/event agencies is a plus.
- Comfortable handling multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaign flow and content production process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
